Founded in 2021, this Berlin-based consulting firm offers digital and creative work to support clients with their online presence and is well networked with many IT companies.
History of milbo GmbH with Matt Consulting
With prospects of a lasting partnership milbo and Matt Consulting successfully launched their first custom software in early 2025. This project, a medium scale custom form helps users to inform their post offices about moving or absences to provide reliable mail distribution. The next project in line was the application maker which is a larger scale organization tool with the goal of providing users with professional and complete applications for better success in the housing market.

Challenge: Losing housing opportunities due to incomplete applications, missing details or an overall unprofessional approach and a lack of a reliable checklist to gather all documents
Solution: Organization tool to create a complete application portfolio, which allows gradual collection of information. A clear guide with tips and a step by step process that result in a professional and complete application.

- Phase 1: Developing a clear vision for the project. Milbo played a pivotal role in forming the beginning ideas in the preparation phase of the project.

- Phase 4: Project roll out after testing phase
How the solution works
The custom software is available on the application maker website, where users can access the dashboard, see an overview of all their applications, track their progress, and manage their subscription plans.
With this structured approach the user can get from the creation to the completion of the portfolio at their own pace while making sure nothing is forgotten and leaving the product with a professional application in their hand.

- More features are currently in development, for example applications for many people (e.g. families, housing groups).
- This tool has a wider scope to create more than just housing applications. Ongoing development will branch out to explore different fields of portfolio creation.
